The campus recruitment evaluation scheme is based on thinking test, practical ability test and professional personality test, and comprehensively examines the cognitive thinking ability, workplace practical ability, competency potential, job matching degree and occupational mental health and other psychological characteristics of fresh graduates. This test and report are based on the Marketingforce College graduates competency Model, aiming to help enterprises conduct multi-dimensional investigation of college graduates.
Universal employee assessment program
Starting from the personality characteristics and work motivation, this scheme provides efficient reference for enterprises to comprehensively evaluate the suitability of personnel, and solves the problem of "choosing the right person" and "using the right person". This test and report are based on the Marketingforce GM Employee Competency Model, which includes eight competencies: achievement orientation, responsibility awareness, perseverance, adaptation to change, teamwork, communication impact, learning comprehension and plan execution.
R&D personnel evaluation program
Research and development is the creative use of knowledge, technology, purposeful development of new technologies, products and services, or continuous improvement of existing technologies, products and services. This assessment program explores 7 competencies including analytical thinking, continuous learning, innovation ability, interpersonal communication, teamwork, responsibility awareness and achievement orientation.
